  • How can I recharge my mobile?

    In order to avail of the services provided by free recharge, you need to register first through the signup option on the website.

  • What to do if my account has been debited but not got recharge/bill payment?

    If the account is debited and recharge is not received in the customer mobile number i.e. recharge showing success but not received, mark it disputes with our customer care and the same will be refunded within 7- 10 working days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) of time from the time of the dispute. (For bill payment issue refund timing will be 3-4 working days).

  • Are there any extra fees that apply to mobile recharges?

    No, there are no extra fees for mobile recharges.

  • How do I add my money to my free recharge account?

    The user needs to login to his/her free recharge account then can see an option of Add, after that user needs to enter the amount he/she wants to add.
    In the third step, users need to choose a payment option and complete the transaction.

  • If the user is unable to load money into his/her account via using debit/credit card /net-banking account. What will the user do?
    • Concern can be with user internet connectivity
    • You are not having sufficient balance in your bank account.
    • Issue can be with the user’s bank site.

    We will give you a prior intimation if there is any issue with our server.

  • I want to know about earn and refer offer?

    You will get your recharge/bill payment instantly. You will also get a confirmatory SMS from free-recharge.

  • I am making online payment/recharges, is it a safe process?
